I lived here for 2 solid years and I absolutely have no complaints. The apartment is large enough where you don't feel boxed in. All my neighbors are friendly. You're told the price for your rent when you sign your lease and if you pay it after the three day grace period You are told the next price. It is what it is but it's not a hidden secret. The office staff is great prompt willing to help, all you have to do is talk to them.
